The TENx10 Summit is a strategic, relational gathering of diverse denominational, research, organizational, and local church leaders who are passionate about Jesus and the faith of the next generation.

If you’re looking for a different type of event — one that is more oriented around collaboration, relationship, and movement — this is for you! Summit brings together leaders from across the country with diverse backgrounds and experiences. What unites them: a shared commitment to Jesus and a passion for the faith of the next generation.

Together, we have honest, courageous conversations about what it actually takes to make faith matter more to young people.

Good news! We've blocked rooms at two hotels, both right on the Magnificent Mile. If you've never been, it's a gorgeous stretch of Chicago you'll love. Both hotels also include a complimentary omelet bar and buffet breakfast to start your mornings off right!

We're still nailing down the final pricing, but our goal is to get you a great hotel at a great rate. Stay tuned!

One thing to note: this year we’re asking guests to book their hotel room directly with the hotel, but we are committed to keeping the cost very reasonable.

Yes! We believe everyone who wants to be at Summit should be able to attend. If cost is a concern, please don't let it stop you. Apply here for help with hotel and/or travel expenses. We've got you!

This is not like other events! You'll hear from some great speakers, but what makes this event different is the collaboration. There will be plenty of space for conversation, connection, and active participation — not just note-taking (though you’ll likely still want a notebook!).

Come ready to celebrate what God is doing in and through young people, and rejoice in the fruit of TENx10's collaboration with our diverse network of partners. You'll have plenty of opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders from across the country and engage in courageous conversations to help catalyze you and your ministry to make a greater impact on the faith formation of young people.

You'll leave equipped, encouraged, and energized. Oh, and most importantly? Enjoy it! This is a space to be refreshed, inspired, and reminded that you're not in this alone.

Absolutely! When you fill out your registration form, just let us know about any dietary needs or special accommodations. We'll do our best to make sure you're taken care of, and if we have any questions, someone from the TENx10 team will reach out to you personally.

The dress code is ministry casual … is that a thing?

Whether you show up in a suit or jeans, you'll fit right in. With everyone from bishops to superintendents to CEOs to youth pastors in the room, there's no dress code here. Just come comfortable and ready to engage.

One thing to keep in mind: Chicago in the fall can be unpredictable. We're talking sunshine one minute, wind and rain the next. Be sure to check the weather app before you pack!

Of course! If you have friends or family in the area, staying with them is a great option. Just keep in mind that transportation costs are on you, so factor in the commute when making your plans!
