The TENx10 Summit is a strategic, relational gathering of diverse denominational, research, organizational, and local church leaders who are passionate about Jesus and the faith of the next generation.

If you’re looking for a different type of event — one that is more oriented around collaboration, relationship, and movement — this is for you! Summit brings together leaders from across the country with diverse backgrounds and experiences. What unites them: a shared commitment to Jesus and a passion for the faith of the next generation.

One of the best parts of Summit is all the incredible connections you make—running into people in the hotel lobby, chatting on an elevator, meeting over breakfast, catching up in the evenings. These moments matter, and staying in one of our preferred hotels helps make them happen!

That's why we've reserved rooms at two great hotels—and TENx10 is covering 50% of your stay for Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Both hotels are on Chicago's historic Magnificent Mile, about 5 miles from our venue, and both offer a free breakfast omelet bar and buffet for Summit attendees.

Here's how it works: when you reserve your room, you'll be charged for the first night. At checkout, TENx10's 50% discount for Wednesday and Thursday nights will be applied to your final bill. Any additional nights are at the full room rate. Booking your own room this year gives you more flexibility while keeping costs low.

Event registration includes:

The event kicks off on Wednesday, October 14 at 4:00 PM with doors open, a welcome reception, and check-in. It wraps up on Friday, October 16 at 12:00 PM noon. When booking travel, we recommend aiming to land at Chicago O'Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW) by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, and booking your return flight for 2:00 PM or later on Friday.

TENx10 Faith and Service (TFS) grantees will have a dedicated TFS Day on Wednesday, October 14 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, ahead of the full Summit opening. TFS grantees are encouraged to arrive the night before and plan for dinner together on October 13. More details about dinner will be emailed at a later date.

Ways to Save:

• Register early. Grab that early bird discount while it lasts!

• Book transportation soon. The earlier you book flights, the better the rates.

• Buddy up. Find a friend who's attending and split a hotel room, or explore alternate lodging options together.

• Apply for a scholarship. We don't want cost to stand in the way. See the next FAQ for details!

Yes! We want everyone who wants to be at Summit to be there — so if cost is a barrier, don't let it stop you. Apply here for help with hotel and/or travel expenses.

One important date: submit your application by July 31 to receive funds before Summit. Applications submitted after that will still be reviewed, but we can't guarantee the money arrives before Summit.

This is not like other events! You'll hear from some great speakers, but what makes this event different is the collaboration. There will be plenty of space for conversation, connection, and active participation — not just note-taking (though you’ll likely still want a notebook!).

You'll have plenty of opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders from across the country and engage in courageous conversations to help catalyze you and your ministry to make a greater impact on the faith formation of young people.

Absolutely! When you fill out your registration form, just let us know about any dietary needs or special accommodations. We'll do our best to make sure you're taken care of, and if we have any questions, someone from the TENx10 team will reach out to you personally.

The dress code is ministry casual … is that a thing?

Whether you show up in a suit or jeans, you'll fit right in. With everyone from bishops to superintendents to CEOs to youth pastors in the room, there's no dress code here. Just come comfortable and ready to engage.

One thing to keep in mind: Chicago in the fall can be unpredictable. We're talking sunshine one minute, wind and rain the next. Be sure to check the weather app before you pack!

Of course! If you have friends or family in the area, staying with them is a great option. Just keep in mind that transportation costs are on you, so factor in the commute when making your plans!

Transportation to and from the church is the responsibility of each attendee and will not be reimbursed.

The conference hotels are next door to each other, and Apostolic Faith Church is about 7 miles away.

We recommend coordinating with other Summit attendees to share rides using rideshare services. Public transportation is also available, and your preferred mapping app can help you compare the best routes and travel times.

If you're driving, parking is plentiful at the church. Hotel parking is available but costs $65 per day, so plan accordingly.
